Users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by following the steps below.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email from your registered email address to admin@baulainnovation.com
2. Use subject: “Appayon Customer/Kitchen/Courier – Account Deletion Request”
3. Include your User name, registered email and phone number

Data that will be deleted

• User account credentials
• Profile information
• Uploaded images and documents

Data that may be retained

• Order and transaction records (for legal, tax, and audit purposes)

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
